What is important to Georgia is educating her clients not only when it comes to heath and fitness but nutrition as well. She believes that what her clients do outside of her sessions is just as important as what they do during. Georgia's aim is to enable her clients to change their overall lifestyle. To set realistic short and long term goals that will be sustainable.
